A booking deposit of £75 must be paid at the time of booking.
This is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid 28 days prior to the event, failure to do so may result in losing the hire. A reminder email will be sent to the address given on booking 38 days prior to the event.
If the hirer is to cancel the booking more than 14 days prior to the event a full refund will be offered, excluding the £75 deposit. No Refunds will be offered if the hirer cancels within 14 days of the event.
The campervan does not have seatbelts. All passengers must be seated whilst the vehicle is moving. The driver has the right to refuse passengers or stop the journey at anytime.
Smoking is not permitted within the vehicle.
Life On The Highway Weddings will not accept any liability for the loss or damage of personal belongings of anyone travelling in the vehicle. Personal belongings that are left in the vehicle after the event will be returned where possible, but will be destroyed if this is not possible.
Life On The Highway Weddings may take photographs throughout the time of hire of the vehicle. These photos may be used on the website and other marketing tools for the company. By booking the vehicle you consent to the use of these images being used in this manner. Please advise us when booking if you wish for these photos not to be used.
Due to its age Life On The Highway Weddings cannot accept any responsibility for breakdowns or mechanical issues which will stop the vehicle fulfilling its duties on the day of hire. If issues occur prior or on the day of hire which prevent the vehicle from completing it's duties a full refund will be given to the hirer. Any onward travel that was agreed with us will then become the responsibility of the hirer. Our team will try to make contact with other VW companies to complete or fulfil the job given to us, however we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to find a replacement vehicle.
On payment of the deposit, the hirer of the vehicle is confirming that they have read and understood the terms and conditions on this page.
